Are all of the objects which are on display at your website authentic?

1. Authentication and provenance policy
With regard to age and authenticity; unless otherwise clearly stated, all of the objects are antique i.e. 100 or more years old. We do however also sell collectables, these are generally less than 100 years old. Items such as Art Deco, for example; are normally less than 100 years old.
In fact we are most particular concerning the authenticity and condition of our items.
The age, provenance and the condition of all items, are always clearly stated in the descriptions posted next to the objects. We take a great deal of care to insure that all of our listed items, are both correctly described and meet very high and exacting standards of both quality, workmanship and are not fakes.
Generally speaking; antiques and collectable are not only purchased for their quality, use and emotional appeal, but are quite often a valuable asset as an investment. Remember; purchasing the right item, is far better than the wrong. So in case of doubt, please do contact us!!
The giving of sound advice regarding the purchase of items, combined with the added service regarding the care and maintenance of antiques and collectables; is all part of our service. We really do have a wide range of knowledge and skills, at your disposal.
2. Return Policy;
Returns; We do accept returns. Money will be refunded after receiving the object(s) which are packed securely for shipping and also insured.
Objects being returned, must be in the same condition as shown in the photographs and conform to the original sales description. Returns must be made, within 7 days after being received.
Damaged, or objects which are changed, or altered in any way whatsoever, will not be accepted as a return and deemed invalid. Return payments to customers will be made ASAP, after receiving the returned objects.
3. Shipping & Insurance; Weight and Delivery policy.
Shipping takes place Internationally. We normally do ask for a contribution from buyer toward costs. Shipping only takes place, when payment has been cleared.
Shipping and Delivery take place through all major; and internationally accepted carriers.
Shipping takes place ASAP via surface mail, but other methods are available in consultation with the purchaser. Generally speaking, we always use Delivery Confirmation and Tracking, be it UPS or other reliable World Wide Carriers.
Via the e-mail or phone, we always keep all of our customers informed of the delivery schedule. We only charge, the actual cost of shipping and insurance.
Items are shipped Monday – Saturday each week, no later than 3* business days, generally speaking objects are shipped immediately, following your completed PayPal or other method of Payment. * ( depending on public holidays etc.)
Weight of shipping, depends on the individual weight of the packaged items. All weights are measured in Kilograms and grams. One kilogram is 2.205 lbs.
4. Payment policy
We accept Paypal, and all valid major credit cards. Payment is to be cleared and in full, before we ship the object(s)
